VSE LIVE, THE CULTURE CLUB and POWER904 RADIO collaborated on a real indie artist competition.

30 MIN BLOCK aims to spotlight independent artists through authentic competition, helping them gain exposure, polish their craft, and win valuable prizes that boost their music careers — all while bringing excitement to the VSE LIVE audience.

Artists compete to secure and defend one of the Top 4 Radio Rotation Slots by consistently submitting quality tracks. The goal: Stay on top through multiple challenges, win prizes, build their brand visibility, and ultimately earn the grand opportunity to have a custom career package built by The Wizard.

1. Attend VSE LIVE on YouTube — Follow the live show rules.

3. Get Selected: Meet the hosts’ song quality standards to be eligible.

4. Win Your Spot: Each week, 4 artists will be chosen.

5. 8 Artists Advance: Once 8 are selected, they qualify to compete on the 30 MIN BLOCK Game Show.

6. Fight For The Top 4: Submit fresh tracks weekly to stay ranked in the Top 4 Radio Rotation.

7. Climb or Fall: Poor scores = drop in ranking or elimination.

Submission Guidelines:

By submitting your content, you agree to our disclaimer. All participants will be bound by these terms.

Songs:

Must be original, thoroughly mixed, and adhere to basic audio quality standards. Please have a MP3 version to send in.

Scoring Criteria (Example):

Judges : VinChi, Tony Redd & Dot

90-100 = Stellar (Remain/Advance)

80-89 = Strong (Stay)

70-79 = Average (At Risk)

60-69 = Weak (Drop Down)

59 and below = Eliminated

Rank Movement:

• High scores can push you up the rankings.

• Low scores can push you down or eliminate you.

• Weekly Challenge:

• All Top 4 players must re-submit a new song or unreleased track each week to defend their spot.

• Replacement Policy:

• If a Top 4 slot is emptied, the next eligible artist from VSE LIVE’s weekly picks steps in.

• Winning Streak Bonus:

• 4 Straight Wins = A trip to The Wizard, career-enhancing bonuses, and ALL weekly prizes collected.

Level Placements and Prizes

• 1st Place: Top featured slot + Special PR package + Grand Wizard Consultation

• 2nd Place: Secondary featured slot + Custom promo design

• 3rd Place: Third featured slot + Interview on The Culture Club

• 4th Place: Final rotation slot + Blog write-up
